Carlos Sanchez, Managing Director
After completing his MSc in Economics, Carlos fell into a career in market research – and has never looked back (well almost never!).
Determined and focused, Carlos throws himself head-first into every project, working in a true partnership with his clients and fully committed to getting to the crux of every issue, be it housed in Branding and Communications, Customer experience, Segmentation, Pricing or NPD.
His genuine passion and dedication means he soon becomes part of the furniture with clients, often embedded within the insights team to determine strategy beyond the scope of individual projects.
Carlos holds a BSc in Economics from the University of London, an MSc in Economics from the University of Essex with accreditation from the UK Market Research Society. He is also a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research society (AMSRS).
Tom Harrison, Manager
A senior part of the Camino team, Tom is the trusted lead on core accounts, running brand tracking, comms testing, U&A studies and pricing studies.
Not only is Tom a great strategic thinker, he is also totally at home creating statistical models and macros in excel. His strong academic background along with his commercial acumen lead him to question everything, making sure no stone lays unturned in his quest for the right answer.
Joel Bateman, Consultant
Joel is a cognitive scientist with expertise in memory encoding and attention. A keen learner and avid investigator of all things psychology, Joel is leading the biometrics offer at Camino.
Joel’s analysis of emotional engagement and eye tracking provides breakthroughs on comms development and evaluation, allowing us to see past consumer bias that typically pervades advertising research.
Joel is finishing a PhD in psychology, where he has undertaken his own research on visual memory and attention, using a combination of behavioural techniques, biometrics, and psychometrics. Joel is a published academic author and his research has been presented across the world.
Chrisha Satkunarajah, Analyst
Chrisha is someone who lives with integrity and humility, and that is portrayed through the way she works. Her open minded approach and effective communication skills have led her to shine as a qualitative researcher, always keeping in mind the unique business challenge at hand.
Chrisha is completing her Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil) and Commerce (Marketing). Worlds away from designing roads and bridges, Chrisha has turned her analytical and inquisitive mind to solving complex business problems for our clients.
